First Aid Techniques
This course is designed with one key objective: to help you become someone who can take appropriate action during the most critical moments. Beyond providing knowledge, the program focuses on developing situational decision-making, observation skills, and practical response abilities.
In everyday life, we cannot predict when an emergency may occur. This is especially important in households with older adults, where events such as cardiac arrest, stroke, or acute breathing difficulties can happen suddenly and may lead to serious consequences if not managed promptly. Many of these emergencies occur at home, where trained medical personnel are not immediately available.
This course has one clear objective: to help you become someone who can take the right action during the most critical moments. Beyond simply providing knowledge, the program focuses on developing emergency response thinking, situational awareness, and practical response skills. When an emergency occurs, you will be better prepared to remain calm, confident, and proactive in protecting your loved ones.
? PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program follows a blended structure combining evening theoretical learning with intensive hands-on practice during weekends. This approach gives learners sufficient time to absorb the knowledge at a comfortable pace while ensuring that practical skills are practiced continuously, thoroughly, and in a way that closely reflects real-world situations.

? TRAINING METHODOLOGY
The program uses a practical, scenario-based training approach in which learners are placed in situations that closely resemble real-world emergencies. Combining foundational theory with intensive hands-on practice enables learners not only to understand “what is happening,” but also to know “what to do immediately.”
Throughout the training, learners receive two-way interaction, direct instruction, and personalized feedback, helping each participant make measurable improvements in practical emergency response skills.
? OUTCOMES AFTER COMPLETION
After completing the program, learners will be able to:
- Rapidly recognize dangerous emergency situations at home
- Remain calm and make appropriate decisions
- Perform basic first aid techniques accurately
- Proactively protect loved ones during the most critical moments
Most importantly, you will no longer feel helpless when facing an emergency. Instead, you will have greater confidence and be prepared to take appropriate action.
? CERTIFICATE
Learners who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate from the Academy of Medical Sciences, based on their practical competencies and performance throughout the training program.
